  • I need the check-in/access details
    All details will be sent across to you on the morning of your stay, due to the property being self-check-in. We are unable to send it sooner as the access code will change the morning of your stay
  • I’m arriving late can I still check-in?
    Yes, I will send over the access/check-in details the morning of your stay. Due to the property being self-check-in, you can access anytime after 3 pm that day
  • Can I check in early?
    Due to the property usually being fully booked, we do not allow early check-ins as we will have guests checking out that morning and will need the full amount of time in between, to make sure the property is lovely and clean for your stay
  • Can I check out late?
    Due to the property usually being fully booked we do not allow late check-outs as we will have guests checking in that afternoon and will need the full amount of time time in between to make sure the property is lovely and clean for the next stay
  • I haven’t received my check-in details
    You will receive the check-in details the morning of your stay. If these have not come through, message through the booking site app. If they are still not coming through call Sophie in-office hours Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm on 01235 425699
  • Can I drop my things at the property before we check-in?
    Unfortunately, we do not have space to safely store guest’s property
